A celebration of culture, sexuality and love, Sally El Hosseini’s third collaboration with James Krishna Floyd is a potent portrait of modern London.
After a chance encounter, Luke finds himself in the orbit of Ayesha, a queer South Asian nightclub performer. Over time the unlikely pair are unable to deny what's between them and in doing so must question the social identities that have defined them in order to build a new future. Having previously appeared in the cast of El Hosseini's The Swimmers and My Brother the Devil, on Unicorns James Krishna Floyd (or Floyd/Krisha Floyd) wrote the screenplay and co-directs. The result is a fresh and heartfelt exploration of modern masculinity.
