Recently widowed Haru rediscovers her love for ballroom dancing, only to find herself attracted to her new instructor, in this zany, toe-tapping film.
Haru (an excellent Rinko Kikuchi) loves ballroom dancing. But after tragedy strikes, she retreats into isolation. Her concerned friends convince her to return to the studio, where she soon becomes infatuated with a new instructor. With Haru throwing caution to the wind, director Josef Kubota Wladyka delivers an exploration of grief that is bold, surprisingly playful and crowd-pleasing.
