David, a withdrawn photographer, meets a mysterious woman at a party. The two share a sexual encounter, only for David to wake up the morning after in the woman’s body. Arthur Harari’s (co-writer of Anatomy of a Fall) vertiginous, occasionally harrowing and ultimately rewarding ride eschews straightforward resolution in favour of a reflection on the aftermath of severing the link between body and mind.
