Online purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We reserve the right to change the programme without prior notice, this includes the possibility of the auditorium being changed prior to your visit.

Seating, we reserve the right to alter from allocated to unallocated seating as we deem necessary.

If an auditorium change happens then it is likely that that performance will become unallocated seating.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any film 25mins after the advertised start time. This preserves the enjoyment of those customers who wished to watch the full movie.

No refunds will be given if you arrive too late to be admitted.

Alcohol, we reserve the right to refuse anyone we feel may be under the influence of alcohol and as a result feel they might disturb the audience’s enjoyment when in the auditorium, again no refunds will be given.

Hot Food, no hot food is allowed to be brought into the cinema for screenings.
