A wild and bloodthirsty hound has ravaged through the small town of Bailey Downs, attacking the neighbourhood's pet dogs. When the two teenage outcasts, the Fitzgerald sisters, stumble upon the creature one night, their lives change forever as Ginger is bitten, and her body starts to change. 

A true feast of practical effects, 2000s grunge, and snappy one-liners; Ginger Snaps has been credited in hindsight as a predecessor to the “maneater” supernatural woman most famously seen in Jennifer´s Body (2009). A coming-of-age story told in a fresh perspective; for maybe the true terror lies in growing up, or maybe it lies in the bloodthirsty hound who calls herself your sister.
