“The programming is outstanding and unlike any other cinema I have been to. Where else can you see a Boetticher western, Blade Runner, Klimov's Come & See, and Muppet Treasure Island on the big screen? It would be a crime and a tragedy to lose the PCC. I can't say it strongly enough.” - Robert Eggers

Big News! If you caught the little hint in yesterday’s email, then you might have guessed something like this was coming…

Filmmaker Robert Eggers, writer and director of The WitchThe LighthouseThe Northman and most recently Nosferatu, reached out to us after seeing our #SaveThePCC campaign and was looking for a way to help us.

Not only did Eggers provide the lovely above quote in the GQ article about us a couple of weeks ago, but he has also made time in his busy schedule to join us for a very last minute screening of his debut folk horror feature, THE WITCH, on Friday 28th February. On the night, Robert Eggers will take to the stage LIVE IN PERSON for an Introduction before the film.

Tickets go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday 12th February 1PM, to exclusively to PCC Members and their guest for 48hrs, before opening to everyone on Friday 1PM (if any remain). We do expect these tickets will sell out in the Member window, so sleep on this one. If you have a membership, make sure it’s valid and working all fine on our website. If you don’t have a membership, well, what are you waiting for? Get yours NOW.

In 1630 New England, panic and despair envelops a farmer, his wife and their children when youngest son Samuel suddenly vanishes. The family blames Thomasin, the oldest daughter who was watching the boy at the time of his disappearance. With suspicion and paranoia mounting, twin siblings Mercy and Jonas suspect Thomasin of witchcraft, testing the clan's faith, loyalty and love to one another.
